Vault & Recall grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store terms.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you capture and create in Vault & Recall. We do not claim any ownership over your notes, saved URLs, or other content.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Vault & Recall in compliance with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the content you save and create.

Disclaimer

Vault & Recall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will meet all your requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Vault & Recall.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Vault & Recall after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
